We probably have observed the cloudy weather is much warmer than the normal day temperature. If the sky is cloudy then the radiated heat by the earth surface is reflected by the cloud as a result of that atmospheric temperature near the ground cannot reach to the dew point. So there exists very low possibility of dew fall.
