How to register your Transcend pen drive/memory card for warranty purpose in India || www.in.transcend-info.com product registration

As we all know this brand doesn’t compromises with product quality, but one thing people missed from them was knowing the exact warranty period of their product. Today’s tutorial will really help you to get rid of this problem. Transcend has made a good step creating a website that will allow you to register your product to avail your product warranty. All you need is to register your product with serial number.

Step 1: Register a new account in in.transcend-info.com

Visit in.transcend-info.com and from the top menu bar “Support” option click on product registration. If you are not a Transcend member then you have to register yourself. Fill a short form with E-mail ID, Region (country) and preferred language option and then press continue.

Step 2: Complete a short personal profile

In this stage you have to provide your name, age, gender and you have to choose your password. Password length must be greater than 8 character and combination of numbers and letters. Now press “continue” to go to the next step.

Step 3: Register your product and see warranty period

If you have successfully completed the step 2 then a product registration button will appear and click on it. Wait for a moment. Now you just have to put the serial number of your product and then click on “Add” button. Product serial number basically printed on your product. You get all the details you need to know about your product.
